Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Any orders placed on a weekday after 11:30 AM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • All orders are shipped via DPD Overnight Tracked Service.
  • This applies to deliveries in mainland UK only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery or apply additional carriage charges for orders shipped outside of mainland UK.
  • Orders should arrive the next business day after dispatch, though delivery times may be affected by courier availability and external factors.

Shipping Costs

We have a standard delivery charge of £5.99.

Free UK standard delivery is available on orders over £50.00.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Failed Deliveries & Redirection

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery.
  • Packages redirected by the customer may void eligibility for our merchant protection program.
  • If an order is not collected within 7 days, it may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping for any incorrect or faulty items.
  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our return policy.
