RETURNS POLICY:

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your Skyflite product, please read our returns policy below:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in a resaleable condition.

If there is a fault, or an error with your order, please contact us immediately at enquiries@skyflite.co.uk

Returns are made at the customer’s own cost.

Your order confirmation, order number, and proof of purchase will be required.

Once we have received and assessed your return at our warehouse, we will refund your purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for the process to be complete.

We reserve the right to refuse refund if your return is unsaleable or damaged.
