Skyflite Luggage 30-Day Online Returns Policy

At Skyflite Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Customized or personalised products.
  • Items that have been exposed to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions that void the return policy.
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging that do not meet resalable conditions.

Online Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at enquiries@skyflite.co.uk to initiate your return.
  2. All returns will be at the cost of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Please return using a carrier of your choosing. You must keep your proof of postage to validate your return.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Please return the package to the following address:

  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If the returned item doesn’t meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you’re requesting an exchange, we will assess the returned item. If it meets our exchange criteria, we’ll process the replacement. If it’s not suitable for exchange, we’ll notify you and discuss alternative solutions.
  • Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise, return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Manufacturing Faults & 5 Year Guarantee:

Skyflite Luggage is covered by a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your product has a fault that is covered under this guarantee, we will arrange for a full refund or replacement and cover your return shipping costs. For full details, please refer to our Skyflite Guarantee Policy.

Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is selected at the time of purchase and that all shipping details, including the delivery address, are entered accurately. We cannot be held liable for any errors made during the ordering process. If an incorrect product is ordered or an incorrect address is provided, any additional costs incurred for reshipping or replacements will be the customer’s responsibility.
