An amazing suitcase and customer service that went above and beyond!

I cannot recommend Skyflite highly enough!

We purchased the Skypak Folding Wheeled Duffle for a very special trip to Laos, where we were taking donations of toys, clothes and other essentials to children in local communities. We needed a lightweight suitcase that could hold as much as possible but fold away small enough to fit inside our backpacks once empty, so we could travel home without paying for extra checked luggage.

This suitcase was absolutely perfect! It was like a TARDIS — we managed to fit an incredible amount inside by removing the excess air from clothing and soft toys. At just 1kg, the suitcase itself was incredibly lightweight, leaving us with almost our entire luggage allowance for the donations. It was exactly what we needed!

But what really made our experience special was Skyflite's customer service. When I discovered the suitcase was out of stock, I contacted them to ask whether it would be available again. Lucy responded so warmly and kindly, confirming it was back in stock and offering us a discount because of the purpose of our trip.

We were so touched by this thoughtful gesture that we decided to donate the value of the discount towards school supplies for the children.

The suitcase travelled from the UK to Laos, helped us deliver our donations, and then folded away beautifully for our onward travels. It was practical, lightweight and brilliant for the job.

A fantastic product from a company that genuinely cares. It's not often you experience customer service that makes you smile as much as this did. Thank you, Lucy, and everyone at Skyflite, for helping us make our trip that little bit more special.

I would wholeheartedly recommend both the suitcase and Skyflite as a company. Five stars are not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic bag and exceptional customer service I bought the Skypak Folding Wheeled Duffle for a very specific purpose — we're travelling to Laos and taking a suitcase full of toys, clothes, stationery and gifts for children. We needed something that was lightweight, spacious and, most importantly, could fold away small enough to travel home without needing to pay for another checked bag. The Skypak has been perfect for the job. It has an impressive amount of space, is surprisingly lightweight, rolls easily and folds down incredibly small when empty. The fact that it weighs only around 1kg means we can use almost all of our checked baggage allowance for the donations rather than the suitcase itself. But what really impressed me was Skyflite's customer service. The bag was temporarily out of stock, so I contacted Skyflite to ask whether it would be coming back. I explained what we were using it for, and they not only let me know when it was back in stock, but kindly offered us a 10% discount towards our Laos trip. Even more wonderfully, we decided to donate the value of that discount towards the children's education. It was such a genuinely kind and thoughtful response from a company, and it made buying the bag feel even more special. A fantastic product backed up by genuinely lovely customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skyflite and will definitely be looking at their products for future travels. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
